I’ve played with brushes and crafts all my life and logged many “hours on a brush” long before I narrowed it down to watercolor. I love creating work that reflects joy, beauty, and a sense of peace.

I’ve been teaching classes and workshops for over 15 years. Teaching is just as much fun for me as painting, maybe even more. I love helping artists who are just beginning, as well as those who want to grow in their skills to reach the next level. I share step-by-step demonstrations on my YouTube channel, The Watercolor Classroom, and teach in-person workshops at Spokane Art Supply.

My experience includes classes at DuCret School of Art, workshops with many well known artists, and thousands of hours of painting.
