Hanging Guidelines

RRAFA & 33 Artists in July The Pergola Event Center 2928 N Madelia St (inside the building)

Member participation in this event is $15 each artist, that is not per painting. You will need to pay your fee by June 25th or sooner. You can pay me, Alicia Lauth or Janene Grende at painting with friends. We have room for 3 pieces from each of you provided they are no larger than 11x14. If you have bigger pieces, you can only bring 1-2 depending on the overall size. We will also have 2 print racks if you want to bring 2 or 3 prints as well. Make sure you fill out this inventory sheet and bring it with your art, so we have a record of the prints and paintings you will be bringing. Please contact me, T Kurtz to discuss the sizes of you work over the 11x14 size. We will have labels for you to fill out at the booth.

 

The show opens at 11 am and I would like to have all the work there by 9:30 am so that I have time to hang it. The event ends at 6pm so please come around 5:45 to pick up you work. I can not take possession of you art but you can make arrangements with other members or friends to pick it up. Make sure you communicate with me about who is going to get it for you.

 

Any work that is sold; members will be paid in 2 weeks (minus 10% commission). Please make sure that your address is correct. Our treasurer (Alicia Lauth) will be sending those checks out but you can make arrangements to get your check at PWF if you speak with Alicia Lauth.

 

All work must meet the organization’s hanging guidelines, ( D rings and wire ). Please put a tag on the back with your title, price, name and phone number. Make sure the tag is secure so it doesn’t get lost, this also applies to any prints you may bring.
